Professor Zhao Yijun, our cooperative professor, was elected as a foreign academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences

The Russian Academy of Natural Sciences is the largest Russian Academy of Sciences recognized by the United Nations. It was founded in 1990 by a number of well-known Russian scholars and scientific research institutions. Its members are all scientists and experts who have made significant achievements in the field of natural science and humanities. The Academy has 24 academic departments, 18 Nobel laureates and more than 270 academicians of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Foreign academicians include outstanding scientists from 48 countries around the world. Many Chinese academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Sciences have also been elected as foreign academicians of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.
