Design principles：
This multi-stage pressureless reverse osmosis physical purification system, is made of Germanic compound filter with new technology ,and other filter of different materials, characteristics and precision. The whole machine is designed with a return line and an automatic pressure controller , so it is in a no-pressure or micro-pressure state during operation, allowing the oil to penetrate through all filters. Because of the lipophilic, hydrophobic and slag-removal characteristics of the main filter , moisture and impurities will remain on the surface of the filter material, and will be automatically discharged. The purification system of the whole machine adopts deep-bed filter material, which has big dirt absorption capacity ; physical purification can effectively prevent the oxidation and acidification of oil , maintain the lubricating performance of oil. One purification can make the oil clear, cleanliness meets the new oil standard, and the water content is below 100PPM.
