Many problems of traditional sampling have been solved by the new device of our company. The device is widely used in petrochemical production for its tight sealing, security, environmental friendly, easy operation and accuracy. The device fit the bill of envrionment protection, fire prevention and explosive prevention.
HCYL Sampler valve is consisted with the following components: emergency valve, turn-screw, valve body, screw-support, handle plunger, drainpipe (Gas fittings), seal assembly and Connecting flange. The following features are all belongs to the device:
1, No residual liquid; high accuracy.
1, Applicable to liquid with high viscosity and clotty, and no heat tracing and heating is needed.
3, Flow rate controllable when sampling. Cooling function available.
Splashing and scald can be avoided.
4, Outlet of gas sampling is made of unique material and special sealing structure, which
endows the device good performance in explosive prevention and toxic prevention.
5, Footstock of the sampler is Anti-Theft.
6, Easy operation and maintenance; effective in power saving;
beautifully designed with material 304.
※ Structure, Applicability and Method of Use
Applicability: applicable for all high temperature and inflammable liquid of different viscosity. Strong corrosive not applicable.
Temperature: -196～425℃ Pressure: 0～6.4MPa
Method of use:
1, Connect the outlet of sample reservoir to the outlet of sampler.
2, Turn hand lever of the sampler anticlockwise until medium flow out from the outlet.
3, Turn clockwise the instant sample meets your need until the hand lever were fully screwed.
4, Cooling liquid (cooling temperature shall be lower than coagulation point of medium) shall be introduced before HCYL-B Sampler get to work.
